Brian Hamilton
Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sageworks. He is one of the original developers of “FIND” (Financial Information into Narrative Data), the company's core artificial intelligence technology. “FIND” is the basis of ProfitCents and Sageworks Analyst, financial applications that are used today by thousands of financial institutions and accounting firms throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

Brian has guided Sageworks since its inception. Brian has been published and quoted in most major national media outlets. He holds an MBA from Duke and an undergraduate degree from Sacred Heart. He is currently a guest columnist for Forbes.com. He directs an outreach program, Inmates to Entrepreneurs, which teaches inmates of correctional facilities how to start low capital businesses. He is also a regular volunteer for the Wake County Re-Entry program, which helps guide young people who are having behavioral challenges in school.



Jay Borkowski
Jay Borkowski

Jay Borkowski is Vice President of Business Development and a Principal of Sageworks. He manages the company's fundraising needs, develops new market opportunities, and generates revenue through enterprise sales.

Mr. Borkowski combines a successful corporate career at Procter & Gamble and Boston Scientific with extensive entrepreneurial experience that has focused on new product and market development.

Prior to joining Sageworks, Mr. Borkowski was the co-founder and Executive Vice President of Industrial Microwave Systems, a venture capital backed startup that achieved a liquidity event.

He holds a BA degree from Duke University where he majored in Economics, worked as a campus representative for a Fortune 500 beverage company, and captained the Duke Rugby Club. Mr. Borkowski's continued involvement in rugby has taken him around the world as a player, coach, and Director of the Raleigh Rugby Club.

Mr. Borkowski is married to Tiffany and has two young daughters, Isabel and Lucy.



Scott Ogle
Scott Ogle

Scott Ogle is the President of Sageworks. He oversees sales, consulting, and the company administration at Sageworks and has been with the company since 2002.

Mr. Ogle has a background in both the financial industry and hi-tech software, having worked on both Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. Before joining Sageworks, Mr. Ogle led business development and sales for iHarvest Corporation, a California-based software company focused on enterprise content management.

Prior to iHarvest, Mr. Ogle served several years at Merrill Lynch, with his most recent role in the Merrill Lynch Digital Business Development division. In that position, he ran Merrill Lynch's research website, askmerrill.com.

Mr. Ogle is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed and received a BA with Honors in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been recognized in the CPA Technology Advisor's Top 40 Under 40 for the last 2 years.



Dan Saklad
Dan Saklad

Dan Saklad is the Chief Marketing Officer of Sageworks. He oversees marketing, public relations, human resources, recruiting, accounting, information technology, and operations.

Prior to joining Sageworks, Mr. Saklad spent his career managing multiple consumer businesses for Sara Lee, Eastman Kodak, and S.C. Johnson & Son; building a European advertising business while living in Madrid, Spain; and owning a retail franchise business across multiple states.

He holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Graduate Management and a BA from Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Saklad is also a competitive tennis and soccer player and a youth sports coach.



Andrew White
Andrew White

Andrew White is the current CFO of Sageworks. Mr. White joined Sageworks in July 2001 to help find a market for the software. His current role is CFO and helping existing clients best utilize the software through training.

Prior to joining Sageworks, he was the founder and owner of Microbial Insights, Inc., a successful biotechnology firm. Mr. White's financial analysis experience comes from a position as a Corporate Finance Analyst at Banker's Trust Company in NY, where he was part of a team that evaluated and structured leveraged buyouts - including the $23 billion leveraged buyout of RJR Nabisco by KKR.

He holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University with a focus on marketing and technology management and a BA with Honors in Math and Economics from Colgate University. Mr. White is also an IFR licensed pilot.
