Brian Hamilton

Brian Hamilton is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sageworks. He is an original co-developer of "FIND" (Financial Information into Narrative Data), the company's core artificial intelligence technology which converts financial numbers into plain-language reports. "FIND" is the basis of ProfitCents™ and Sageworks Analyst™, applications that are used today by thousands of financial institutions and accounting firms throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

Brian holds an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree from Sacred Heart University. He is a noted expert in finance who has been published and quoted in most major national media outlets. He is currently a guest columnist for Forbes.com. Brian also directs Inmates to Entrepreneurs, a community outreach program focused on teaching ex-offenders to start low capital businesses upon release from prison.



Jay Borkowski
Jay Borkowski

Jay Borkowski is Vice President of Business Development and a Principal of Sageworks. Jay manages the company's investor relations, develops new market opportunities and generates revenue through enterprise sales.

Jay combines a successful corporate career at Procter & Gamble and Boston Scientific with extensive entrepreneurial experience that has focused on new product and market development. Prior to joining Sageworks, Jay was Co-founder and Executive Vice President of Industrial Microwave Systems, a venture capital backed startup that achieved a liquidity event.

He holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University where he majored in Economics, worked as a campus representative for a Fortune 500 beverage company, and captained the Duke Rugby Club. Jay's continued involvement in rugby has taken him around the world as a player, coach and Director of the Raleigh Rugby Club.



Scott Ogle
Scott Ogle

Scott Ogle is the President of Sageworks. He oversees sales, consulting, and the company administration at Sageworks and has been with the company since 2002.

Before joining Sageworks, Scott led business development and sales for iHarvest Corporation, a California-based software company focused on enterprise content management. Prior to iHarvest, Scott served several years at Merrill Lynch, most recently with the Merrill Lynch Digital Business Development division.

Scott is Series 7 and Series 63 licensed and received a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been recognized in the CPA Technology Advisor's Top 40 Under 40 for the last 2 years.



Juan Sistachs
Juan Sistachs

Juan Sistachs, Vice President and Principal at Sageworks, heads up the Financial Institutions Division where he oversees all aspects of the company's banking solutions.

Before joining Sageworks, Juan served as Product Manager of Fraud and Compliance for Fiserv, a provider of information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry. Prior to that, Juan founded and served as CEO of Backroom Enterprises, Inc. (BEI), a technology and consulting firm that provided fraud prevention solutions to the banking industry. BEI's signature product, FraudLink, is still widely used by financial institutions across the country and abroad.

Juan received his Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. He is a recipient of the "Who's Who in Finance and Industry" award.



Nicole Wolfgang

Nicole Wolfgang is the Chief Operating Officer at Sageworks. She oversees finance, accounting, administration, facilities, and other aspects of the company's operations.

Before joining Sageworks in 2004, Nicole taught and conducted research for Duke University's Economics Department and Fuqua School of Business. Nicole received her MA in Economics from Duke University and her Bachelor's degree in both Economics and Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University.



Brandt Leahy
Brandt Leahy

Brandt Leahy is Managing Director of New Market Initiatives at Sageworks. Brandt leads the company's expansion and growth strategy into new products and platforms.

Before joining Sageworks, Brandt worked in the investment management business both in the United States and overseas. The majority of Brandt's career was spent in the quantitative hedge fund industry. Brandt Co-Founded PLW Investment Group, a global quantitative equity fund, and was a co-portfolio manager of the Macquarie Helix Japan Fund, a non-linear Japanese equity strategy.

Brandt holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University where he majored in Government.



Jackie Peluso
Jackie Peluso

Jackie Peluso is the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Media Relations at Sageworks where she oversees the development of corporate partnerships and directs a team responsible for managing relationships with the national media.

Before joining Sageworks in 2007, Jackie worked for MKDM, a marketing agency which provides fundraising program development and implementation exclusively to nonprofit organizations. Prior to her work with MKDM, Jackie served in the marketing & special events office of the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation. Jackie received her BA in Foreign Affairs and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
