History / Background
From its inception in 1998, Sageworks' mission has been to increase the rate of business success by giving people
information they can understand and use.
Sageworks was a development firm for its first two years. The company came to market in late 1999, and ProfitCents was
the flagship product of Sageworks. Two major milestones were reached when Andrew White joined Sageworks in 2001 and Scott
Ogle joined in 2002. The company's management team was completed when Jay Borkowski joined Sageworks in 2004. Sageworks
currently has thousands of accounting firm and financial institution customers across North America.
