on getting results. When we started our company, we wanted to create a special place that would not be limited by the ordinary

owners / managers of any company and the people who get the work done. We try hard to minimize this by making everyone a
stockholder in Sageworks. We also try hard to listen to people and help them reach their dreams.

Keep it real. When you visit our company, you'll notice that people are dressed casually, are
friendly, and are genuine. These are not affectations, they are who we are. We are not very interested in how people
dress or how they appear. We are very interested in the values they have and if they can get things done. While we
honor education as a means to elevate oneself, we revere what people do with their education. We are all about getting
results because getting results helps us fulfill our mission, which we think is important.
