Charles Tzinberg is the managing member of Tzinberg, Goldenberg & Dowdy, a Stone Carlie Company, and a senior member of Stone Carlie & Company, L.L.C., with offices in Glen Carbon, Illinois and Clayton, Missouri.

He graduated from the University of Denver College of Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970, and then spent thirteen years managing supermarkets and other businesses. Mr. Tzinberg taught accounting at Southwestern Illinois College for two years, and is licensed as a CPA in both Illinois and Missouri. He served as a member of the Advisory Board for Creative Solutions, Inc. Mr. Tzinberg frequently serves as a speaker for groups and organizations, including eleven years as a presenter for CSI at their annual users' conference. Mr. Tzinberg has also presented seminars for the Illinois State Bar Association and the Missouri Society of CPAs.

Mr. Tzinberg finished the Chicago Marathon in 1992, and won 1st and 2nd place trophies from the American Motocross District 18 in 1998 and 1999. He enjoys his family, running, and bicycle riding.
